Love the camp grounds, but the 2 gate attendants are RUDE. They bully people around. Dont like them. Need yo get rid of them.
I go to Preston Bend every Summer and love it! The front gate couple has always been super nice and helpful! Gorgeous place and I love lot #17 overlooking the lake.

WE LOVE the park, but DESPISE the Old, White-bearded guy and that lady that work in the office. Absolutely terrible customer service and rude, every single time we go here. After this last time (7th visit to the park), we are no longer going to the park... DONE... Until they remove those rude, condescending people from there.
HORRIBLE...3 people we talked to after one night left due to the ants. Our trailer was infested with ants after the first night. Spent 3 hrs trying to knock them down. This park is not kept up maintenance wise. I will not stay there again. There are about 5 slips that appeared well kept but it was an experience that I don't want again.
