This is a wonderful hidden gem, tucked away on a lovely part of Lake Texoma. We rented a basic cabin and went on a Murder Mystery sunset cruise on Friday evening with a 20's theme. Lots of people turned up dressed up for the occasion. I had a blast with my wife and we met many great people during the time on board as well other guests at the campground and in other cabins.
My aunt and uncle have a couple of cabins out here and it is a wonderful place to go. Very peaceful and family friendly. There's pontoon boats that can be rented and a good bait and tackle shop. Swimming in the lake was nice. The whole area is kept very clean.
My family has property and cabins here!! Great place for family fun and romantic getaways!! They have other cabins for rent!!
All I can say is, we will be back to be here again and next time we will rent a pontoon to take out for half a day to explore this huge lake with sandy banks and lots if wildlife.
Some people have said that the cabins are not great, but from our experience and we had one of the basic ones, it was cheap considering the view and the location to the lake, if you want more of a hotel experience then you should consider one if their higher end cabins.
Year after year consistently fun. We made last minute reservations after our tenting got rained out. They found a pet friendly cabin for us to stay in and the weekend went great. Nice people and great service. Fishing was fair,and the paddle boards were fun.
